Although there was a miscommunication regarding the work to be done on my project, Duncan voluntarily refunded a significant portion of the cost as a sign of good faith. Highly recommend Duncan Plumbing they have been our go to plumbing company since 1997. Always on time, professional and never had to come back because not completed or finished incorrectly. When given estimate that estimate was spot on.2018 we had a failed sewer line from house to main, my husband just had gone in for Spinal Fusion and I needed the line installed and in working order for his return in 4-5 days. Duncan Plumbing was able to get it done for us even though it was a very booked calendar for them! I was so grateful! The staff has always been polite and professional every time I’ve had them out here over the years! I’m sure over the years there have been staff changes and maybe ownership but I will continue to call them first for our plumbing needs!

Excellent service from beginning to end. The office staff was courteous and professional. The service team for installation of a new toilet arrived on time and completed the task in about 1 hour. The team was mindful to protect our floors, and cleanup was complete. Five Stars!

Duncan has done several jobs on our home, from simple hose bib faucet (which was not simple) to removing very old, failing pipes and connections under the house. I've had the pleasure of meeting several Duncan plumbers, all were competent, fast, thoughtful, neat.
